1. Returns
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2. Refunds
Approval:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time:
- Refunds may take 7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified.
4. Exchanges

- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items or normal sale may be refunded. Clearance Sale or Bumper sale items are non-refundable.
